It's real that normal people can understand things that autists can't. I know, this sounds scary cause it sounds like there's another hidden unknown world, but it's completely normal and you have to face it straight on.
Companies like Marvel aren't lying when they didn't approve that Mystique for release because her actress said she didn't like it, but the real reason they do it is because Fox fucked with their bottom line. So they actively fucked with Fox's ability ot gain royalties because Fox quickly launched another FF production instead of letting it lapse.
Marvel tried to play ball by giving them another chance with the Daredevil property, but Fox said no. They even tried to bargain by asking if they could at least get Galactus in exchange for Daredevil, but nope. Marvel pretended it was all cool after that, but since Marvel is the one directly working with the toy companies (they are the licensor afterall), they had the ability to keep companies like Hasbro from making Fox products. They gave a lot of good reasons why stuff like Wolverine 2, Deadpool, First Class, or XMen Apocalplse didn't get toylines, but the real reason was because Marvel hated Fox.
I doubt i can give you an example you could identify with, like how no one wanted to hang out with you after school and your classmates would come up with a bunch of answer that weren't even lies on why they couldn't, but you're autistic and likely just want to be left alone.
Unforunately for autists like yourself, your inability to contextualize this stuff as anything but literal is why you still live with your mommy still and have no self autonomy.
pic of how Marvel allowed Hasbro to profit on Fox's First Class movie without paying extra royalties and enjoy the boost in sales.
>>11184505that pic is just an example to show that everything is subject to licensor approval (Marvel's right), not for the reason the autist thinks (actor's right).
