>>9268822As I noted in the OP post, the OP pic is unrelated. Should've taken a pic of the dirt before I cleaned the figure but it didn't come to mind until after.
Pics of the places where the 1-2 were would be kind of pointless now as I already cleaned them, except there is still a bit of #3 left as I didn't clear all of it off yet - so here is a pic of that. It was larger before getting a lot of it off. It used to extend down to the horizontal seam in the plastic above the red tube.
The dirt being at the bottom of the figure only as well kind of hints that it could be something that happened before it was sealed as people are saying, could be there was a lot of dirt in the package at the factory and it settled to the bottom, but I never saw such a thing before.
This part is high up on the figure though - on its helmet
