Seems they're in the same situation with their Japanese version of the site, according to the japanese Trustpilot page.
HOWEVER, YoyakuNow seems specifically for pre-orders, for released figures they have a different site called KaitaiNow also only established recently but does have some reviews.
They have 1 Google review for 5 stars and 5 reviews on TrustPilot on which they have responded to a review as well.
They also seem active on MFC, atleast on their own page.
It's still early for them but it seems legit to me.
Only thing I find suspect is they have some pretty old DBZ S.H.F figures up on their instock site, they don't say they have them but you have to facebook message them to inquire first.
