As someone who has been buying Figuarts since 2009, it's been interesting seeing the ups and downs over the years. Everything from anorexia, to oversaturated and rushed figures, to shitty joints, to new good joints, and now this. OOO is probably peak Figuarts right now. It's too bad a lot of these design concepts seem to be in parallel rather than used across all figures. Dragon Ball and Ultraman have improved a lot, but the MCU and anime figures are pretty much the same after years. It still drives me mad when some figures don't get a real bicep swivel.
