>>10506621 this. It was never an official term or distinction as far as I know. The 1.0 and 2.0 difference is also kind of marked in the difference between the old and new style of packaging although even that has a few oddballs like if I'm not mistaken Beerus and Whis.
I think pic related is generally what people consider 1.0s and 2.0s, with SSJ4 kind of being where they started experimenting with different hips on different releases.
