Okay I have a hypothetical here. There's a new anime of Adventure of Dai on the way, and I noticed the company making the toys for it is Takara Tomy. Although the IP is part of Dragon Quest, being a manga and anime spinoff seem to let it free of Square Enix's control. Original toys were Takara too.
Now Amazing Yamaguchi had two properties through Takara's management. TF and My Hero Academia. I think there's a decent possibility for AY Dai. It's a beloved series with lots of fans, new blood coming from the anime, and lacks any decent action figures. Takara handling the toys also means figuarts are less likely to come. Figma though might happen like MHA.
AY Dai at the same quality as Midoriya would be incredible. What do you guys think?
