What they didn't get was that Millennium Slizer actually rode into the planet ON the meteor. Millennium Slizer was supposedly good (he initially assumes a smaller form that rides a motorcycle until her confronts Blaster and co, then merges with his bike into his true form) and came specifically to fight Judge (he had some sort of previous beef with him) only to find that he'd become a much more powerful mutant abomination by the time he'd arrived.
These guys also had their own prototype Katia versions - the good guys (Turbo, Torch, Ski, and Scuba) turned into 'Robotops', while the bad guys (Judge, Amazon, Granite, and Electro) turned into 'Ultrarex'. later, when Millennium Slizer confronts Blaster and assumes his true form, Blaster fuses with Flare and Spark to become 'Dynamo', and the two duke it out with an unknown outcome. It got discontinued in favor of RoboRiders, and the only lore I know of for them is that the little critters on the tires are the actual characters/pilots while the bikes are just vehicles.
