If you've got a preorder though you can at least make your money back without dipping into scalper territory. Hell, you shouldn't have problems breaking even if you take him out and fiddle with him for a couple days first to decide.
Also, I wouldn't even say he's fragile. He took a dive overnight from about four feet onto a desk leg and everything seems alright. I was battening down the hatches ready to lube joints and everything, but mine was basically fine out of the box bar a stuck toe joint I had to heat. If him and gwenpool are anything to go by, they're actually putting effort into the QC on the marvel stuff.
