You have parts that weren't retooled (eg. his head) that looks pretty bad, and is actually inaccurate to the design.
Fixing the head, doing something with the too-wide thighs and maybe adding some kind of detail to the treads would've improved it a lot. I don't have the figure to know how he works, but I wish they made the crotch more protruding too. Everything feels flat, like that other anon said.
