I used to work at Toys R Us, and if they want to succeed they'll have eliminated all baby clothes and baby furniture items, as well as eliminate much of their electronics. Why would you buy things like Karaoke machines and CD's and DVD's at a toy store? You could go to Best Buy to get those things. I'd also suggest scaling back on the toddler toy department, and never stocking or carrying Star Wars or as little of it as possible, to prevent things like the ride on Land Speeders getting deep discounted to under $100 when they started out at like around $300, but no kid likes Star Wars.
