I think because i loved the old bandai kits and some of its own proportions, alongside the swapable parts. i had the old Ultimate Armor kit and it looked great with/out the armor parts and got a lot of play time with it.
in the end, it and the Truforce remain on my shelf for being awesome but mostly unplayed with
