The back end of the vehicle mode was compromised to make a smaller backpack, the arms are visible from the side of the vehicle mode, there's the thigh tab people keep mentioning, the hood of the car is very panely, and I would have liked some more hand options. Those are the biggest complaints I can come up with. So if any of that sounds like a deal breaker then skip her and wait for the MS. But aside from what I mentioned, she's great.
Unlike the Optimus and the Constructicons, this figure is relatively cheap, so honestly, I don't see the harm in picking up the NA now, then swapping her out with the MS later down the line if theirs ends up being better. Because if I'm not mistaken, MS already has a bunch of other stuff lined up first, so there's no guarantee that NAs arcee will still be in stock by the time MS shows off theirs, and if it turns out to be crap then you'll be shit out of luck.
