It's basically a cheap reshelling of a CW torso but without the central gimmick that could have justified all the sacrifices those figures made being sold at twice the price. Looking at the original concept images, it was clear that they planned for more of the unique design flares of the Ecto 1 to be integrated into the bot mode, but then the budget for the figure came in and it just nosedived from there. So far only X-Panse looks decent since he's at least retooled from a bot with the same altmode as him. Every other collab fig just looks cheap and compromised to hell and back because they have to keep costs down somehow, and I'm sure the profit margins after paying for these movie and vehicle licenses are narrower than Goldner likes.
