3 & 4: already been addressed, because the symbiote can add mass. again, it isn't shapeshifting the human, sending his bits and pieces to another dimension, or pulverizing his body to fit different non-human shapes.
When the symbiote is growing the arms or making them into blades, the human's arms are aren't growing with the goop.
This is why when the masks and goop are torn away, the human is shown just reaching with his arms or the head being just under the mask. This has been consistently drawn in all the comics.
If you read the comics, you wouldn't be arguing this shit.
