That red lady with the blocky chin/cheeks, her name is Red (creative, I know). She's meant to be like a flame avatar or something like that, I don't really know I never came up with an in-depth backstory for her. She was about the 3rd or 4th moc I built after coming out of my dark ages so as a result she's not all that impressive build-wise and like you pointed out there are some pretty serious flaws in her design like the cheeks/chins.
That won't matter soon though as she'll be revamped / upgraded / up sized / whatever to match the approximate size of Candy and Chloe. I had initially planned on using furno 3.0's mask/helmet as a base for head but I'm having second thoughts. But, whatever, we'll see what happens when I get to that stage, I guess.
