I've had these a 5 or more years now and never had any problem with them. The official NECA ones are a bit more easy to pose (because they have the soft plastic pieces which the bootleg replaced with hard plastic). They're a tad shiny on the front of chest piece. And twisting the bicep swivel feels a bit fragile (because they've got a thin bicep joint) but that was true of the official as well.
It's a good mould so I'm hoping NECA eventually re-release these with coloured bandanas.
