>>9445664>>9445663Yes, you can use alcohol, but lacquer thinner works well for cleaning up Tamiya as well. I pretty much exclusively use Tamiya and you can even clean it up with Windex. In fact you could use Windex to clean your brushes and it works great. Not sure what in windex makes it work but it just does. I actually use windex to clean my airbrush after using Tamiya paints and have been doing so for years without issues.
Anyways, if you're brush painting with Tamiya I suggest you get some of their paint retarder. Tamiya is pretty quick-drying when hand-brushing and this stuff makes it a lot easier.
