Again, it's not a coincidence that Batman is short and why DCC labeled it as being from the Last Rites storyline, instead of any storyline where the costume was used by Bruce. Usually the first appearance of said design is usually stated, like Harley first appearing in No Man's Land, or... like the first time Dick appeared wearing the Batman costume.
