>>10801665having both, i'd say to go the jada route. scale aside, while storm looks amazing, the newer bodies feel pretty stiff, while the older sfv ones (aka sfv ryu/ken) can get pretty loose, with joint cracks in the hips causing the legs to fall off if moved the wrong way. i never had it, but i remember reading multiple people saying that the sfv dictator also had problems with the arm joints coming broken in the box. that said, they do look pretty good, with some standouts for me being sfv honda, usf2 sagat, and usf2 ryu/ken.
that said, jada sf figures have some of their own problems, such as p1 ryu's alt face coming in misaligned on some peoples', but iirc they've been pretty receptive on stuff like that, and you could email them to get replacement heads.
tldr storm are pretty good for display pieces, while jada are better for posing/messing with imo
