>>6768397I've used a couple of these cheap paint brushes that you get with every kid's art set. Just cut off the brush bristles. Then cut the tip of the handle to a comfortable length of your figure. Usually about 3" for the blade part. Paint the old brush tip area black or silver to make the saber's handle, turn the whole thing upside down, and VIOLA! A cheap & easy to make custom saber.
