My advice is to move on and buy lines which are run by competent engineers which also appeal to your aesthetic sensibilities rather than trying to change McFarlane Toys from the outside. As an example, I have seen people respectfully complain about the Platinum figure situation to them and got PR-like responses that deflect responsibility to the retailers for randomly sending them out (when that is McFarlane's fault for giving the figures the same SKU number as the regular version, what did they expect major retailers to do--look through every figure and stock the platinums separately on their own?)
