She doesn't have to look like the Gerber baby after getting hit in the face with a frying pan for her face to "Fit The Scene". There has to be a way to make her look sad or upset without making her look like shes suffering from down syndrome.
Just look at the dolls art work. They needed to make her look more like this, and less like the queen of the generic Dollar store dolls.
