I think what happened was they made/planned for a shitload of Gokus with the other 3 all having some sort of limit. and it turned out 16 was by far the most in demand of those other 3. Since hes the oldest figure, cheapest, biggest upgrade. good thing I wasn't planning on getting him because I didn't even have a shot when I went online early the next morning. if you weren't at your computer that night when they announced it you got fucked.
