I had to fill the gap because in real life there is no gap
Well what I do is get out some tamiya putty and spread it on
Well I don't have any lacquer thinners so I use it straight from the packet and spread it on poorly, basically I cover the entire surface with the putty even though there is a thin seam at the top
I let it dry and then I start sanding
After a copious amount of sanding I've noticed that I've started to create a slopping surface on the part, the seam is gone but the part is completely fucked up
