Mine never felt like it was going to tumble unless I leaned him forward (or back) too much without adjusting his legs to account for weight. But then again most figures are gonna tumble if you just bend them forward at the waist and don't adjust the legs.
I hear GT's Not-Constructicons are good, and so is TFC's Not-Seacons.
