His custom Café Corner doesn't have sidewalks and uses the ones on the road while the other buildes have them or are used for parking which I find clever.
I think I will stick with MILS and try to find other ways to use the space. Instead of having sidewalks I'll add a trainrail that's flush with the road and put some flowers and tress on the empty space.
