As I mentioned, her shorts are actually sewn directly onto her skirt, which causes problems with removal - the skirt can't be pulled down past her ass because it's cinched at the waist, but it can't be pulled up off the torso because her groin prevents the shorts from moving up. Can't pull it through the pant legs, either, because those are almost exactly as wide as her individual thighs - too small to fit her body through. I suspect the skirt and shorts were added on individually then stitched together after they were already on her, because I can see no possible way for how they would have gone on otherwise (or how they can come OFF otherwise). Not sure how I'm going to get a new outfit on her when I can only partially strip her, so I guess I just have to wait and see if anyone else has better luck.
