>>7118880Always forget the underwater themes, for some reason I never cared about them as a kid but I respect what they are now. You are right though, it's all in the packaging and even the parts used. A lot of dark color mixes and dim settings that made everything appear much differently than when things began to become so much more vibrant around 2002/03.
I'm trying to get some of those sets to get a better feel for them, but it feels like their strangeness has made them all incredibly valuable nowadays.
