As I see it, all that's new are some new vehicle mode details, much better feet/calves, chest can now flip so it's not just the car grille and it appears to sit higher, new joints in the door wings, that doohickey on his right forearm, and the entire car roof on the back of the original can now fold up into a rather tidy backpack. It's not a huge laundry list of changes, and most of these things don't affect his silhouette much at all. I mean, aside from the back-roof thing, which I think we can all agree is a huge improvement.
