They know they cant sell these movie characters without a build-a-figure gimmick. Also what battle damage? The little scratches and tiny frills on his collar? Good luck with getting that figure. Plus a lot of promo art shows him in a clean undamaged outfit lol. They're too cheap and lazy to do that.
