This is what I went with for my Jinrai, although I now have the thumbs of the giant hands flared out to give it a more cape-like appearance. If you want something with less bulk, I recommend making use of Propellant Tank and Energy Shield MSG parts. Mantra has four Energy Shields incorporated into her: two shields on her forearms to bulk them up, two shields on her knees to replace her loose default knee armor, and two thrusters on the sides of her legs to bulk them up as well. The last two thrusters I used to make beam fans for my Innocentia. Propellant Tanks can attach to her back port and give you more room for mounting other accessories: if you get Square, make sure to also get a Saber & Hammer set, since Square's designed to act as holsters for those beam sabers.
The skirt armor I used here was made out of Ballistic Shields, connected to the backpack using Flexible Arm B. I don't have space to store weapons on the inside, since I use that space for the hidden arms, but if you're not going to do that then you can easily fit holsters for some pistols or assault rifles under there.
