Also I remember someone complained about these heli blades being too tight to extend and yeah I agree. One of the first things I did taking them out of the box was pop them apart to add some lube. They slide much more nicely now.
I think Impetus is good out of the box but he definitely brings out my need to fiddle and adjust things until they're perfect.

Also speaking from experience their customer service is kind of slow. They'll set things right without a fuss but it'll take like 3 weeks.
