Orcs and Orkz both look crazy bad ass, Pic related is a Fantasy Black Orc, they have a wide variety of different appearances. The only problem would be articulation since they're so big and wield giant weapons as well. Something on the tier of marvel legends articulation but it'll be rough. They'd be around 8-12 inches high since they're fucking behemoths.
If they can't be done like traditional action figures I'd settle for minifigs. I saw someone made a few customs using the megablocks minifig body and its basically a sized up version of the minis GW sells.
