I have 4 Dreamcasts, 5 PS2s, 3 PS3s, 2 GCNs, and two Wiis just in case any of them shit out on me. Then i have a bunch of computers that i don't bother to throw away because I'm a hoarder like that. They all still work, though some are a bit buggy. Also have two working VCRs and more than a few DVD players. Apart from my car's, no CD players. Everything else is single digits.
So I'd be all set for life with entertainment if i stopped buying shit all of a sudden.

Also, apparently they make DVDs too with that technology that's actually ONE THOUSAND YEARS of archival safety.
