Finished all the little stuff of the decks but I'm leaving the more delicate stuff for latter while I'm dry fitting bigger parts in. I fucked up the preparations of the bridge superstructure from muh great masterplan due rushing it but once that's done only the secondary turrets will be left and finally the painting phase will be over

Is fucking rare for PE sets to have the instructions online unless they are from aber or eduard afaik. What you posted seems like the yamato aircraft launch area so basically you need to glue the launch rails and the catapults but can't say much more with what you gave. Parts, what and how you have to work the PE might be different on each manufacturer so your instructions and reference images is what you can trust.
You could google "yamato(?) whatever thing/area" and try to get reference images if you're truly lost in how that thing is supposed to look like
