Movie was pretty enjoyable. The mutants are really pointless and didn't need to be in there, and Superfly is a terrible one-note villain. Which, I guess, you could argue is true to many of the cartoon villains. So I don't know.
The movie felt a little too much like "oh yeah we're setting up for later stuff" at times. Leo wanting to fuck April was weird. They really gave Ice Cube carte blanche to cuss as much as he wanted, I'm sure the parents will appreciate that. Lotta Turtle nipple milking talk. Repeatedly. Wasn't expecting that.
It's a weird movie. I liked it overall, nonetheless. I just wish the other Mutants weren't so...flat.
