I think “cluttered” sofubi displays can look good if you’re very intentional about aesthetic. Size, color, etc. And it helps if the cluttered display is a confined space with the area around it being clean, organized, and orderly to contrast with the chaos. That way you have to look closely to observe details. I didn’t pull it off great with my displays but I think they look ok, except I need to downsize my collection some.
