They don't even need a new mold, several customizers used 25th Buzzer heads repainteed with a mustache to make it, but Hasbr's probably too cheap, lazy, weak & stupid to go to that much effort to retool it slightly. There was even a 1:6 custom with a removable hood and the face under, but $200 Sideshow figures can't be bothered for that detail or even just a spare head since they're $30 toys with a geek tax markup.
Hasbro's old 1992 12" or the space suit figure don't count since they didn't have the correct face. Is this asking far too much of Hasbro for the next CC to have the unmasked head? Are they somehow afraid of pissing off sensitive manchildren by having a terrorist leader be a white male or something? They're pretty SJW so I don't see why but offending people who would get upset over it might costs a whopping $12 in revenue so they will chicken out on that.
