Honestly, I'm not surprised about the Greece location, since that one was always a shit spot. But I am surprised about the one out in Henrietta, that was prime real estate right across the street from the mall and they've done good business for a very long time. Closest one after this will be all the way out north of Syracuse.
Definitely going to try and take advantage of some of the sales, but damn, kind of sucks to lose both, especially the Henrietta one. Good memories of going there while growing up and seeing wall to wall toys, even after Kids'R'Us closed and merged with them. It's a weird feeling to think that I'll be able to tell my kids, "When I was your age, we had TOY STORES. Like, stores with nothing in them but TOYS."
