I bought a few just because of the concept, but didn't bother with more, because im not a kid and i like my more expensive models based on series i watch. I guess that's what kids want too, becvause the line did sorta bomb because snap ships is just unnamed genericness.
You can buy a few of their older stuff for cheap and they're extremely worth it. There's mini figures that come with them, which sorta is in scale with all those other modular toys i posted the thread of. Lots of people here mix and match those modular toylines
Annnnd... price really has nothing to do with durability. cheapshit like snap ships are inexpensive even at normal price and they can withstand a ton of abuse. Whereas some of the stuff in the modular robot thread can break pretty easily (acid rain), though nothing is as bad as JoyToy's plastic.
