But then, with like a single, elegantly simple move, the wings do such a fantastic job tying it together and nailing that "fighter jet silhouette" in translucent blue and shiny gold veins, and suddenly all of the other flaws are not only forgivable, but even justified; like the whole thing is so obviously a wasp cosplaying as a jet that to be dishonest about it would cheapen it and be missing out on half the fun.
