Pretty much the only negative I've heard beyond the asking price (which frankly you get what you pay for with the kind of detail this figure has) is the way the waist articulates with the torso. I find it hard to describe but you'll see it if you watch a few video reviews.
Unfortunately that version you listed hasn't seen a re-release. As of a few weeks ago, a variant with "comic book colors" was still available for MRSP. pic related
