If you're buying takara it ain't because budget, the exclusive redeco extra weapon, MAYBE its hard to find the tr versions in your own country (which is how I personally got dudded into getting the takara versions, until they shown up after my hardhead shipped, greeeaaaat), but it would be because of the heads, in my experience since I bought a bit of both the takara titan masters have a cleaner paint job which will help out the most autistic of collectors, but the real draw is their heads, the toy accurate demo in most cases is too similar to the anime deco and as we know anime accurate isn't always a good thing but the heads are what many would prefer the most.
I think no matter which you buy you're in for a treat, just one happens to be cheaper than the other
