>>10873268>Yes they did, if you requested a replacement. >of the same shitty engineered piece that will still break your toy Or did they actually own up to their shit engineerings and people were able to get that replacement 2-3 YEARS laters because that's how literally long it takes them to start production again?
>Did you ever contact customer service for any issues you hadNo, because people here had been bitching about their customer service taking fucking FOREVER just to reply to problems and then it takes MONTHS to even get a replacement.
I fixed 4H's poor QC myself with steel rods and epoxy, because fuck waiting nearly an entire year.
>you have claimed was when 4H made good figuresYes, they spent the money on actual brand new molds without asking for interest free loans, nor taking nearly 2 years to produce them, and every single "wave" was different from one another.
>far more issues than Legions ever didOnly one "wave" had major issues and it didn't take them MONTHS, muchless a YEAR, to respond to their fucks up, hence 4H still having a big fan following on /toy/.
The threads didn't start losing posters by the dozen on /toy/ until 4H started cheaping out by re-re-re-re-re-reusing molds with the next 70 waves and ignored emails about QC problems for months/years, starting with the Mythic Legion line. Their birds had issues, but they were still pretty quick about it.
>disingenuousLOL, says the retarded shill comparing a $50 toyline to a budget children toys that are found in dozens of stores within 5 miles of you and you can just return the figure the SAME DAY you broke it for a full refund or a quick return if they have the figure in stock (99% of the time) in less than a minute. Nevermind Hasbro shit is made of way more durable plastics than 4H's shit and can survive falling a few inches onto the desk (i've also had Hasbro figures fall 6 feet off shelves onto tile and can probably survive 3x that distance).
