Late post, but I picked up my 5 Goku Blacks from Gamestop yesterday.
It was like a month ago, but when everyone said their Black pre-orders got cancelled, I went into the store to check on mine and, as it was explained to me, if you pre-order anything from them inside an actual store it's guaranteed fulfillment, but if you do it online and they've gone over their projected numbers for pre-orders they'll cancel your order in a heartbeat.
I kinda pre-ordered 5 as a joke fully expecting to have most of them cancelled, but I guess the joke's on me.
