Found the Mega Queen set at Walmart earlier this week for $20. Surprisingly good set, fun build. Almost all already made pieces, the only thing definitely new is the upper and lower jaws, and maybe the big hands. The main part of her crown was a repainted Promethean shield, did not think it would work but snapped next to a couple other parts and it looks good.
