While we're on the topic of Prime, I just got the BB7 Toys MP10 upgrade today and wanted to share my thoughts. Didn't know much about it going in but it looked kinda like a mish-mash of other upgrade kits that were KO'd and rolled into one. The hands were damn near identical to the Eness hands I already had but the joints are a lot tighter so they're an overall improvement. The head has some very very subtle sculpting differences from the original head but not enough to tell at a glance. I think I need to go in and shave the inside down a bit because the up/down head back movement doesn't work right anymore. Swappingd was a bitch because HasTak saw fit to glue the original together at the bottom even though the screws held it together just fine. light does shine through the blue plastic a bit but you won't notice it looking straight at him and it can easily be fixed by just painting the inside black. The gun is neat but it's fucking HUGE compared to the original fold up gun. The switch on it kind of sucks because it's easy to turn on but difficult to turn off. The smoke stacks are alright but the black paint in the holes could have been better. Kinda undecided on them vs the original smoke stacks desu. The matrix is the main reason I bought the set and while it is pretty sweet, it seems to be a bit thicker than the original and just barely keeps the chest from closing perfectly. The sculpt on the handles is better than the original but I think the sculpt on the core was marginally better in the original. The switch is also a little shitty in that just touching the back of the thing can make it flicker. The axe is alright and is pretty much required if you want to use the new hands. I got the US version but the color matching on the blue pieces is just a shade off from the official parts but not bad enough to notice unless you hold the pieces side by side. They're close enough that an average camera doesn't seem to pick it up but the naked eye can.
