>>6227698I'd say definitely try asking them. I messaged them on Facebook, provided a picture of the issue for them, and within a week or so it was shipped out, and I got it a few days later. They were pretty friendly, though their english wasn't the best. Oddly enough it took it less time to cross an entire ocean than it did to get to me from one city away.
