If my offer is accepted can the seller just cancel the auction and give it to me? Seems odd.
How much of an offer should I make if I do that? 5 bucks over the starting bid? Is that too low? Should I bid instead? Should I bid early on if I think it's something few will be interested in or wait until the very end?
