The waist joint is an absolute mess for a figure that costs as much as It does and is advertised as the definitive valk, the construction isn't as sturdy as I would like. The dx chogokin figures are amazing display pieces, but not particularly fun toys. So it seems the pedantic trends that have arisen in nearly all macross toys are still present in this line too, unfortunately. I want a fun, durable toy, not a museum quality replica. But that's just me.
It's good but i expected more, because the step up from the 1/48 yamato isn't that significant.
